Kölsch - A traditional ale style from Cologne Germany made from select pilsner grain from the region of Cologne. Cellared for months for a crisp and dry finish.

Festbier - A German style Festbier lager. A lightly toasty malt flavor accented by an earthy, spicy low hop character.

Märzen - A full-bodied multi-lager that brings a sweet malt character and a little earthy pop character.

Pumpkin Ale - A hardy pumpkin ale made with oats, wheat and pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. An amber hue for the Autumn season, a pie in a glass.

Munich Dunkel - A dark lager style where we highlight Munich malt married with Roasted barley. This clean and classy beer is complex and yet easy to drink.

Dark Lager - A ruby dark lager with notes of licorice, roasty barley, and bread. A classic example of German barley and Czech saaz hops.

Hazy IPA - A hazy IPA style with medium bitterness, hoppy and floral easy drinking ale. This beer is a great use of the Verdant Ale yeast that imbues a fruit and floral character.
